HKGBC Green Tenancy Driver for Office Buildings
All in all, this roadmap is built on the foundation
of the Graduated Collaborative Approach.
By increasing and deepening stakeholders’
awareness, stakeholders will find themselves
capable of committing to Green Tenancy for a
win-win collaboration. This will allow room for
flexibility and most importantly, cater to the
different needs of each case. A Green Lease
will ultimately benefit all stakeholders from
reducing electricity bills, lowering maintenance
costs due to reduced operation of some
devices, and improving relationships between
stakeholders. The following Chapters will serve
as a guide to the different steps required to
successfully carry out Green Tenancy.
