After data has been collected, the GOT Committee
will conduct a detailed analysis and review to
understand the depth of the problems, as well as
which factors contribute the most problems.
For example, the GOT Committee may compare the
data with the previous year to determine the
effectiveness of the GOT Plan.
From the analysis, the GOT Committee and
stakeholders may work together to develop an
improvement plan to implement.
For example, the GOT Committee may suggest some
green measures and implement appropriate
amendments to the GOT Plan.
Stakeholders will have to monitor and maintain the
GOT Plan so that the Plan stays on target, and
appropriate amendments may be made if necessary.
If new problems are recognised or these problems have
been corrected, the GOT Committee may run through
this cycle again to solve and locate other problems to
correct.
