Its responsibility is to act as an
intermediary between Landlord and
Tenant. It will also be responsible for
the mangerial aspects and assist the
Landlord and Tenant in achieving the
GOT Plan.
Tenant
The Tenant will be responsible for
carrying out sustainable practices and
be expected to adhere to guidelines
set in the GOT Plan. They will also be
responsible for raising employees
awareness on the green practices.
