2. GREEN OFF ICE TENANCY COMMI T TEE
2.1. A Green Office Tenancy Committee will be established if no surveillance group, such as
Environmental Management Committee or sub-committee, has been formed to monitor
environmental performance.
2.2. The aforesaid Green Office Tenancy Committee meetings will be held

annually / six-
monthly / quarterly /

], and will be recorded by a meeting
minutes.
2.3. The Environmental Management Committee will include:
• the Tenant;
• representatives of the Landlord, e.g. property management;
• any managing agent employed by the Landlord or the Tenant, and
• other parties involved in the operation of the Premise and the Building, such as
contracted cleaning and maintenance companies.
2.4. The responsibility of the aforesaid Committee will include:
• Monitoring the overall environmental performance of the Building;
• Checking and analysing the shared data and other information as defined in Clause 5;
• Reviewing the potential impact of the environmental performance of the Premise and
the Building due to any changes of the Premise and the Building or its operation in the
future;
• Reviewing the potential impact of the environmental performance of the Premise and
the Building due to any forthcoming changes in law or practice;
• Defining and seeking consent on the Green Office Tenancy Plan on the Premise and the
Building which will include annual targets as below:
• the reduction of carbon emissions, energy usage, water consumption and waste at
the Premise and the Building, with the consider its operation and number of user;
• the increase adoption of green technologies or features, where possible, such as
the use of plant / green wall / green roof; purchasing of green product based
on renewable technologies, recycled water and recycling of waste, and captured
rainwater for the Premise and the Building;
• other green measures / practices which are capable to enhance the environmental
performance of the Premise and the Building.
2.5. The parties will share the information including name(s) and contacts of the person(s) who is/
are responsible for the issues of the Premise or the Building.
