7. SERV ICE CHARGES
7.1. The cost for installation and implementation of environmental performance enhancement
measures in the common parts of the Building and the generated savings will be shared by
all Tenants responsible for the service charges and allocated regarding

7.2. Provided that the rental fee of the premises does not include any service charge for the
management of the Building, instead of resting the costs and benefits on the Landlord,
the rental fee and savings of the operational expenses shall be shared by the Tenant and
Landlord for a fair deal.
