8.1. Support sub-metering installation by providing the provision of
infrastructure and space to monitor and meter the facilities.
8.2. Install total energy meter and sub-meter for specific building
systems, such as HVAC systems, lifts and escalators. (Please refer

8.3. Install individual meter for monitoring tenancy lighting, server
rooms (>25kVA), small power outlets and supplementary air
conditioning.

according to manufacturers’ guidelines.
