CH 8
Restrictions and Prohibitions on Tenant:
(1) Damage to common areas
The Tenant agrees with the Landlord as follows:
(1) Not to damage any common parts of the said
building (including walls, roof, staircase, lifts or other
common areas).
(2) Nuisance and annoyance
(2) Not to do or permit to be done any act or thing
within or outside the said premises which may be or
become a nuisance or annoyance or cause damage or
danger to the Landlord or to the tenants or occupiers of
other premises in the said building.
(3) User
(3) Not to use the said premises for any purpose other
than as described in the Schedule.
(4) Illegal or immoral use
(4) Not to use or permit the said premises to be used for
any illegal or immoral purpose.
(5) Sleeping or domestic use
(5) Not to use or permit the said premises to be used as
sleeping quarters or as domestic or residential premises.
(6) Animal and pets
(6) Not to keep or permit to be kept any animals or pets
inside the said premises and at the Tenant’s expense to
take all such steps and precautions as shall be required
by the Landlord and/or the building manager to prevent
the said premises from becoming infested by termites
rats mice roaches or any other pests or vermin.
(7) Subletting and assigning
(7) The Tenant shall not to assign underlet share part
with the possession of or transfer the premises or any
part thereof or any interest therein nor permit or suffer
any arrangement or transaction whereby an person who
is not a party to this Lease obtains the use possession
occupation or enjoyment of the said premises or any
part thereof irrespective of whether any rental or other
consideration is given.
